REDECORATE
Decorating can be like putting a puzzle together. All the pieces are there, but you need someone with the patience and vision to put it all together. Decorating also means different things to different people. For example, someone who is decorating their own home is going to look at a space differently than someone who is decorating a vacation rental. While both should be inviting and cozy, a home is a space that needs to be lived-in and loved. A vacation rental needs to be simple, easily replaceable, and able to withstand frequent cleanings. Both spaces are approached very differently when it comes to decorating.
RENOVATE
This is where the process can get messy! It is where homeowners often feel like they bit off more than they can chew if they try to do it alone. This is where the decorating goes much deeper. In this phase of design, homeowners reconfigure layouts, design kitchens, choose new floors, select lighting, and much more! There are many moving parts to managing a renovation. When you open the walls, you never know what you are going to find. The good news is, we love a good challenge and know the right people who can get the job done.
RELOCATE
Whether you are buying or selling, we can help with that, too! The Citrus Home partners with Kerry’s husband, Lucas Kavlie, who is a Georgia realtor under Exclusive Georgia Properties. We take home buying and selling very seriously because we know it is a huge decision for you and your family. We work with clients to provide quality listings, including professional photos and home staging. We work with local home inspectors and can recommend people to resolve any issues that arise.
BUILD
Sometimes homeowners decide that they are up for the challenge of building a new home. Whether it is because they found a floor plan they love or a piece of property in the perfect location, the task of building a new home can be intimidating. We offer an outside perspective and can help narrow down options to make decision-making less overwhelming yet meet the desires of our clients. Our experience allows us to point out things that might have otherwise gone overlooked. We are happy to work with your existing builder but are proud to partner with Howard Premier Homes to create custom homes throughout Savannah and the surrounding areas.
